There are several occasion where we need to send large files or a bunch of files via mail or to upload them on file sharing sites. For the purpose most of us prefer to use Winzip or Winrar application but do you know that there is still a way you can use to create or extract any zip file without any zip software installed.

For the purpose here we don’t need any extra skill, to zip any file or folder simply right click over that and click on send to option. With in the menu option there you will find an send to option as Zipped folder (Compressed) click on it. A new zip file with the file or folder included will be created.

Now to extract the zip content right click on ZIP file & click ‘Extract’ option. Then click ‘next’ button on dialog box to create new folder with files contained in original ZIP archive file.
