As we all have already learned that Microsoft Windows 7 as a huge success in terms of its previous OS windows Vista and was appreciated in each aspects. But we also know Microsoft as Microsoft always keeps its lips tight when it asked about the future versions… but by surprise I found a post from Microsoft Netherlands (though the post was some 4 months older.. ) that Microsoft has already planned the workout layout of Microsoft Windows 8. Below is the translation from Microsoft Netherlands
The phasing out of Windows XP, Microsoft is nearing completion. In July 2010, the support for Windows XP with Service Pack 2 stops. Today Microsoft will stop selling Windows XP to PC manufacturers and the aftermarket sales of Windows Vista. For Windows 7, Microsoft Service Pack 1. This service pack is still in the testing phase and is expected in the first half of next year available. The first update of Windows 7 is the new version of Windows Live Essentials (explore.live.com) became available in mid-June. Furthermore, Microsoft is of course the next version of Windows. But it will take about two years before “Windows 8 ‘on the market
Gone through the para above and it seems that Microsoft is planning to completes out the Windows 8 formation with in two years from now, as the published date of the para above was October 22, 2010, so it seems that we would have windows 8 in the end of 2012. If it all goes as planned than it is very likely that we will have a Windows 8 beta release in January of 2012, a Windows 8 release candidate in April 2012 and a Windows 8 RTM release in July.
So its time to just wait now…. and to think what we could expect in the new Windows 8….
