This is the very common problem with windows in the long run continued to display Low Virtual Memory Error. So let you first know what the Virtual Memory is and how it effect the system then late we will definitely look after on the ways on how to tackle it?
So the Virtual Memory is apart from the actual memory installed over a system. Suppose we are working on several programs at once or any particular programs demands more memory than is installed over the system, this is the situation when the concept of virtual of memory comes into effect. What windows do at such a time it allocates some % of hard disk space available to use as a part of memory for that program, the space used is called the virtual memory.
So how it affect the system performance? Though it is way of windows to tackele such a situation but nomatter how much space it uses, there are fair chances that overall system performace continues to go down because it is the single harddisk which has to be accesses for both data as well as being used as RAM.
So now what to do?
Though there are lots of reasons which make a pc to perform slow like
Microsoft Registry Problems = Slow Computer!, Spyware/Adware, low RAM, De-Fragmenting Etc.
So below are the advices that you can use speed up your pc:

4. In the “system configuration utility”,click either “service” or “startup” tab
5. Uncheck all programs that your are no longer using.
6. Click “OK”
And the last one is how you can manually increase your virtual memory hard disk space to avoid low virtual memory problems
System Properties —–Advance Tab——Performance Setting ——— Advance Tab and then setting the virtual memory size that should have to be managed according to your hard disk available space. There you can choose the custom size according to your hard disk space available.
