If you feels irritated while calling any Mobile Service Provider’s customer care Representative because of their service touch menus then there is at least a way through which you can bypass these restriction/instructions.
For direct calling to the customer care executive all you need to know the key sequence appended with the letter P. For Example in India here the customer care number is 121 and to get through the customer care executive all we have to play around with keys as per 121 > 2 > 2> 2> 9, as per IVR suggestion number. Now for a direct call we have to dial 121p2p2p2p9 this will bypass the automatic computer generated voice. You can enter P after a number by pressing * button thrice (tested with Nokia phones). Later you can also save this number to your phone book for faster access.
You can try this trick with any of the service provider Airtel, Vodafone, Tata, Idea, Reliance etc.
