As we already know that many devices and drivers which were working without any problem with Windows XP are not compatible with Windows 7 and the above problem is one of them. Though there were updates available on HP websites for most of their printers and other devices but the main problem is looking for them and uncertainty about their functionality. As their is no guarantee that the downloaded software will work well unless anyone has already downloaded and tested.

So if you also have Hp printer of 1000 series then not need to worry as i have provided the links for the updated drivers for both windows 7 32bit and 64 bit versions and the best part is that both drivers are tested and found to be working perfect.
