Few months back I have written an article on how you can hide an Hard disk using Windows Disk Management System ” Windows trick to Hide/Unhide Hard disk Partition” but I personally feel that, trick mentioned earlier was some how a tricky one and most of the us will hesitate to apply settings for the desired result. But this time I will show you the most simple way to make any of the disk partition inaccessible to most of users that comes to your PC, thus protecting your privacy.

This trick uses the small software called Tweak Ui Powertoy Setup even admired by the Microsoft Itself. This tool is even works much more enhancement to windows apart from Hiding drive letter (though you can explore all other features once you download the tiny tool).

You can download the Powertoy from here and once downloaded run it from the several option provided Go to My Computer/Drives and uncheck the drive/partition(s) you want hidden. Click “Apply” or “OK” when finished.
